An Official Lobby Letter from African Civil Organizations as a submission to US Congress to withdraw any actions of declaring war on Syria

We Hola Bon Renaissance Foundation on behalf of  African based civil organizations are responding to the international call of duty, to honor and submit our request in a form of an official lobbying letter to be considered by the Congress of the United States, the people of United State of America and the international community in pleading with the US, to withdraw any declaration of war with Syria and hold that process for a period of 12 months allowing the International community and UN to intervene in Syria issue, to seek ways to resolve the matter peacefully and amicably, of which failure for such a resolution to be met by all of us (globally) then other avenues can be exploited by the US to bring justice to any mishap that befall the people of Syria in this instance, the alleged use of chemical weapons of mass destruction.

We write this letter confining and basing our submission in line with the Constitution of United State, also in advancing our joint mission that of global peace and prosperity for the human race. In particular  to request the US congress to uphold its good stature of deepening democracy throughout the world that includes also the West Asian countries and the withdrawal of any military action or funding oppositions  parties (and/or  rebels) in other countries with arms.

It is reported that the President of USA Mr Honorable Obama on 03 September 2013 has urged quick congressional action authorizing the use of military force against Syria and won the support of leaders from both parties in the House of Representatives for limited strikes and the honorable President told congressional leaders at a White House meeting that the US has a broad plan to help the rebels defeat Syrian government forces.

We raise our request based on US Constitution and on the following to be in particular:

b)      On Article II The executive branch, Section 1, The President states that “ The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment”.
On this note it is of a proven fact  that Syrians has never impeached on  the USA or any other country, hence it is imperative for the USA to apply pressure for democracy and strategic approaches that are peaceful in action to remedy the Syrian situation and defuse any form
of treats of Terrorism, and also that if there are economic agendas, we propose there be a trade and investment approach which will deliver more results and fruits than the war approach which may spark third world war none good for the human race.

c)      On Article IV, Section 4 states that “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”  The Constitution prohibits any domestic violence in USA or in any country in world and in good spirit such grounds it is imperative that the USA government does not fund or supply arms to any oppositions parties (including Rebels) in any country to stimulate domestic violence, if the congress or member of any house found doing that, it is infringing in the constitution of United State of America.

d)      Article II, Section 4 the President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. We hereby would like to lobby the people of United Sate of America and the Congress to support our motion that says: should the honorable President Obama proceed with such military action and there be 2 or more Syrian civilians that loses their lives because of such acts then it must be classified as both the High Crime and Impeachment, and this section of the constitution be enforced and resulting in the honorable Mr President Obama be removed from Office, as he would have violated the Constitution of the US.

On behalf of Civil Organizations in Africa, we support all drives of peace, stability and prosperity in the world, and that any Government striving towards such has our support and the blessing of all civil organizations in Africa and the world.

We pray that our request be granted.

Thanks in anticipation
